Allowed and Not Allowed Use

At Blessedid, you are permitted to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes, or for internal use within your non-profit religious organization. However, all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us. You agree not to use Blessedid in the following ways:

Allowed Use:

• Any use that complies with federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
• Use that does not exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, including exposing them to inappropriate content or requesting personally identifiable information.
• Use that does not involve impersonating any company or individual, including other Blessedid users.
• Any other conduct that does not harm Blessedid users, as determined by us.
• Use that does not disable, overburden, damage, or impair Blessedid, or interfere with others' use of the app.
• Use that does not involve automated processes, such as robots or spiders, to access or monitor Bles
• Use that does not introduce malicious or harmful material, such as viruses or malware, to Bles
• Use that does not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any part of Blessedid or its connected servers, computers, or databases.
• Use that does not involve attacking Blessedid with denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks.
• Any other conduct that does not interfere with the proper functioning of Bles

Not Allowed Use:

• Any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Material that promotes sexually explicit or pornographic content, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Material that infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any other person, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other rights.
• Material that violates the legal rights, including rights of publicity and privacy, of others, or could lead to civil or criminal liability under laws or regulations.
• Material that promotes illegal activities or assists unlawful acts.
  Involvement in commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, sales promotions, barter, or advertising.
• Material that falsely implies endorsement by Blessedid any other entity, if this is not the case.

By using Blessedid, you agree to abide by these terms and refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities.

Description of Services

Blessedid offers a range of products and services designed to enhance your Bible study experience. Our mobile Bible software allows users to read, study, and share the Bible with ease.  

Please note that features available to users may vary depending on the specific product or service. For example, while our website provides a web experience similar to our mobile apps, it may offer additional services, features, and content not available on our mobile apps. All of our products and services are governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

By using any of Blessedid's services, you are agreeing to abide by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Registration and Account Security 

Blessedid offers users the option to create an account, which involves providing certain information to Blessedid. If you choose or are provided with a username, password, or similar information as part of our security procedures, you agree to keep such information confidential. You also agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password, or any other security breach.

We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

Monitoring and Enforcement 

Upon our sole discretion, we reserve the right to take any necessary or appropriate action regarding any user, Member account, or User Contribution if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, infringement of third party rights, a threat to personal safety, or harm to the goodwill associated with Blessedid. This may include referral to law enforcement and disclosure of information for illegal or unauthorized use of Blessedid, as well as termination or suspension of access for any reason. Additionally, we have the right to fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in disclosing the identity of anyone posting materials on Blessedid. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS FORERUNNER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED AND ITS LICENSEES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN DURING OR AS A RESULT OF LEGAL INVESTIGATIONS.

Intellectual Property Rights 

The entire contents of Blessedid Services, including all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio and any derivatives thereof, as well as the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by Blessedid. They are protected by United States and international laws regarding copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

No right, title or interest in or to Blessedid Services or any related content is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company. Any use of the Blessedid Services not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use constitutes a breach and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

You shall not modify the Blessedid Services in any way that creates derivative works or attempt to decompile them. You are only permitted to use the Blessedid Services for personal non-commercial purposes.

If you print, copy, modify download part of Blessedid services without permission your right will be ceased immediately

Logos and Designs

Blessedid’s name, logo, and all related names, images, product and service names, designs, and slogans are the intellectual property of Blessedid or its affiliates or licensors.  The look and feel of the Blessedid Services constitute the service mark, trademark, and/or trade dress of Blessedid and may not be copied, imitated or used without prior written permission. All other names, brands, and marks are used for identification purposes only.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or disparage Blessedid or suggest sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by Blessedid.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLESSEDID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLESSEDID DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLESSEDID OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP OR SERVICES, EVEN IF BLESSEDID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BLESSEDID AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO BLESSEDID FOR THE USE OF THE APP OR SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blessedid and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the App and Services; (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

User Payment Terms

This application offers VIP membership subscription services, with options to subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. All subscriptions are billed through the user's iTunes account and will automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, unless auto-renewal is turned off beforehand. Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings after purchase. Subscription fees are displayed in USD, and actual charges may be converted to local currency based on the user's country or region. Entire Agreement 

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the exclusive and complete agreement between you and Blessedid regarding Blessedid Services, and they replace all previous and concurrent understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding Blessedid Services.
